Thanks to their modified alcohol fully vacuum washing cycle with vacuum values up to 1 mbar and the wide range of standard and optional fittings, KP washers depict the best washing technology available on the market today.

THE BEST ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY

KP washers fully operate in a vacuum environment, so that at the end of the treatment no washing liquid residues can be found on the treated components, or are released in the environment.

BETTER WASHING QUALITY

BETTER WASHING LIQUID MANAGEMENT

With KP washers washing liquid requirements are reduced to a few litres per year, and additional chemicals (stabilisers) are no longer required.

KP washers allow complete separation of the oil from the washing liquid, so that it can be reused in the production cycle, with great financial advantages. Chips are also sorted based on material type, and daily maintenance is no longer required.
